| Inscription: | John Fitzgerld Esqr. of the Little Island and of Ballygunner in this county. He was born Oct 12th 1760, married in may 1779 Mary, only daughter of Keane Fitzgerld esqr. He died in London September 6th 1818. Mary Frances, only daughter and heiress of John Fitzgerkd Esqr. She was born July 19th 1780 . A lady of Sterling Virtues, she sought to train her children in the fear of God. She departed this life Januray 30th 1855. John Charles, only son of John Fitzgearld Esqr., Born 1781, died in 1807. John Purcell Esqr., who married his first cusin Mary Frances Fitzgearld and assumed her name in 1818. Born in Dublin December 25th 1775, died in London March 18th 1852. |
